Will the smart lock still work during a power outage?

Yes. Our smart locks are powered by independent batteries (usually 4 AA batteries) and come with a low-battery warning system. An external emergency power supply (such as Type-C) can also be used to unlock temporarily.

We support multiple unlocking methods: fingerprint, PIN code, NFC card, remote unlock via app, temporary dynamic passwords, Bluetooth unlock, and mechanical key override.

Yes. With our mobile app, you can monitor lock status, receive abnormal alerts, and access detailed unlock logs at any time.

Yes. Even offline, users can still unlock using fingerprint, PIN code, or NFC card. Internet is only needed for remote control and data synchronization.
